Smart domain management: Interview with ResellerInterface at CloudFest 2025

At CloudFest 2025, Marco from hosttest met Larissa Reinhart, Marketing and Sales Manager at ResellerInterface. ResellerInterface offers its own domain management system, domains, TLS certificates and Anycast DNS — solutions specifically tailored to the needs of professional users. In the interview, Larissa talks about the development of the offering, current trends at CloudFest and why automation in domain management is so important today.

Marco: Hello Larissa, nice to meet you! Before we start, would you like to introduce yourself briefly?

Larissa (ResellerInterface): Sure — glad to! I’m Larissa and Marketing Manager at ResellerInterface. Our aim is to make domain management as simple and as efficient as possible for domainers, resellers and agencies. We know first‑hand how challenging this area can be, and that’s precisely where we come in: with smart solutions that make our customers’ day‑to‑day work easier.

Marco: CloudFest isn’t just an industry event, it’s also a real reunion for the hosting, internet and cloud world. How are you finding the event this year?

Larissa (ResellerInterface): I think CloudFest is great! It’s not just about technologies and the latest innovations, but also about personal exchange — that’s what makes it so special for me. And let’s be honest: is there a cooler location? Roller coasters included! This year the topics around sustainability in the cloud, digital sovereignty and the future of internet infrastructure, as well as developments around AI, are particularly exciting. This directly affects us and our customers — because at the end of the day we all want a smart, but also future‑proof solution for our business.

Marco: The market for domain reseller solutions is very diverse. What makes you stand out?

Larissa: Put simply: we want to make our customers’ lives easier. Our goal is that they don’t have to wrestle with complicated processes. We offer a platform where you can easily register, manage and resell domains under your own branding — all in one central place. We rely on automation, fair prices and ease of use. That means: whether you’re a professional or a beginner — you can get started straight away!

Marco: Sounds like a lot of convenience! But what specifically sets you apart from other providers?

Larissa: Clearly: the simplicity. Many other solutions are unnecessarily complicated or spread functionality across different tools. Instead of struggling with countless tools and registrars, with us you get everything from one place – from registration to the management of large domain portfolios. Larissa: We are constantly evolving! Because stagnation is the death of all innovation. Automation is a major focus for us, because we want to take as much work off our users' hands as possible. They should be able to concentrate on their business while we take care of the processes behind the scenes efficiently. And we have many exciting features in the pipeline – so it remains exciting!

Marco: At CloudFest this year there’s also a lot of focus on digital sovereignty, cybersecurity, AI and sustainable cloud infrastructures. How does that influence your work?

Larissa: These topics are extremely important! Sustainability for us means not only offering resource‑efficient solutions, but also making our own processes as efficient as possible. Digital sovereignty is also essential – many of our customers want to know exactly where their data is stored and who can access it. We rely on GDPR‑compliant solutions and continuously expand our security features so that our customers have full control.

Marco: And finally: what do you have planned for the future?

Larissa: We want to make our platform even smarter and more powerful – especially in the area of automation and API integration there's a lot more to come. We're also expanding our partner network further to support our customers as best as possible – whether technically or with personal support. There's a lot of exciting developments ahead!
