Smart Domain Management: Interview with ResellerInterface at CloudFest 2025

At CloudFest 2025, Marco from hosttest met Larissa Reinhart, Marketing and Sales Manager at ResellerInterface. Marco: Hello Larissa, nice to meet you! Before we begin, would you like to introduce yourself briefly?

Larissa (ResellerInterface): Of course, I'd be happy to! I'm Larissa, the Marketing Manager at ResellerInterface. And let's be honest: Is there a cooler location? Roller coasters included! This year, the topics around sustainability in the cloud, digital sovereignty, the future of internet infrastructure, and developments in AI are particularly exciting. This directly affects us and our customers – because at the end of the day, we all want a smart, but also future-proof solution for our business.

Marco: The market for domain reseller solutions is very diverse. What makes you stand out?

Larissa: Simply put: We want to make our customers' lives easier. Our goal is for them not to have to deal with complicated processes. We offer a platform where you can easily register, manage, and resell domains under your own branding – all in one central place. We focus on automation, fair prices, and ease of use. This means: Whether you're a pro or a beginner – you can get started right away!

Marco: Sounds like a lot of convenience! But what specifically sets you apart from other providers?

Larissa: Quite simply: simplicity. Many other solutions are unnecessarily complicated or spread functions across different tools. Instead of dealing with numerous tools and registrars, with us you get everything in one place – from registration to managing large domain portfolios. Our dashboard is not only clear but also intelligent: it provides alerts when a change could have consequences and helps to avoid errors. And what really sets us apart is our personal service! They should be able to focus on their business while we make the processes in the background efficient. And we have many exciting features in the pipeline – so it remains exciting!

Marco: This year at CloudFest, there is a lot of discussion about digital sovereignty, cybersecurity, AI, and sustainable cloud infrastructures. How does this influence your work?

Larissa: These topics are extremely important! For us, sustainability means not only offering resource-efficient solutions but also making our own processes as efficient as possible. Digital sovereignty is also essential – many of our customers want to know exactly where their data is located and who can access it. We rely on GDPR-compliant solutions and continuously enhance our security features so that our customers have full control.

Marco: And finally, what do you have planned for the future?

Larissa: We aim to make our platform even smarter and more powerful – there is still much to come, especially in the areas of automation and API integration. Additionally, we are expanding our partner network to provide the best possible support to our customers – whether technically or with personal assistance. Exciting times lie ahead!
