About us

Since 2002, we at VCServer Network have placed great importance on tailoring our services as a managed services provider (MSP) to the individual needs of our customers. We offer customized managed hosting and cluster solutions that are tailored to the specific requirements of each customer. By working closely with our customers, we deliver optimized hosting solutions that meet their expectations and ensure long-term success.

Customer service

Our customer service is available around the clock and guarantees fast response times in accordance with our service level agreement. Incoming email inquiries are answered in less than 15 minutes on average. Our team consists exclusively of highly qualified specialists to provide you with the best possible support. Our technical support is not provided by any call centers, but exclusively by our own teams.

Server locations

Our main server location is in Frankfurt am Main at the NTT Global Data Centers EMEA in Rödelheim. There, we have two physically separate server locations in buildings F and H to ensure redundancy and reliability. In addition, we have another redundancy location in Wolfsburg, which we can use to provide geographically distributed redundancy solutions if necessary.

Guaranteed availability

We guarantee you, via a service level agreement, 99.99% connection availability and 99.95% performance availability.

Our guaranteed availability is based on state-of-the-art systems with redundant network and power supplies. In addition, we continuously monitor all systems in real time in our own Network Operating Center to ensure that potential problems can be identified and resolved immediately. With this combination of technological redundancy and proactive monitoring, we can guarantee maximum uptime and reliability for our customers.
