Who gets listed on hosttest?
Providers register themselves and have to meet minimum requirements – from a registered business and transparent pricing to a guaranteed uptime figure. Every offer has to be confirmed as current by the provider every 120 days, otherwise it disappears. So you do not see the entire market, but a vetted selection.
