For larger or more demanding projects, managed servers are also available, professionally administered and offering exclusive use of system resources without shared infrastructure. In addition, the provider also offers reseller hosting as well as domain registration and management services.
All web hosting products are provided from the company’s own data centres located in Dresden. This means the entire operation is based in Germany and runs on 100% green electricity.
For our ALL-INKL.COM web hosting review, we chose the most affordable hosting package – the Webhosting Privat plan.
The web hosting packages from ALL-INKL.COM are divided into four pricing tiers, each offering different levels of performance and included features:
- The entry-level option is the Privat plan, designed for smaller websites or first web projects. It includes 50 GB of storage, 3 included domains, 5 databases, and up to 500 email inboxes. Despite its low price, it already offers essential features such as PHP, Perl, unlimited traffic, spam and virus filters for email, and a software installer.
- Above this is the PrivatPlus plan, aimed at users with slightly higher requirements. It includes 100 GB of storage, 5 included domains, 25 databases, and up to 1,000 email inboxes. Additional features include SSL certificates, dynamic DNS, and a 24-hour support hotline.
- For larger web projects, ALL-INKL.COM offers the Premium plan. This includes 250 GB of storage, 10 included domains, up to 50 databases, and 2,000 email inboxes. It also comes with SSH access, WebDisk functionality, and additional DDNS entries.
- The most comprehensive package is the Business plan. It offers 500 GB of storage, 20 included domains, up to 100 databases, and 5,000 email inboxes. Customers also benefit from business support, lower customer density per server, and advanced features such as wildcard subdomains.
All plans include unlimited traffic, support for PHP and Perl, as well as spam and virus filters for email.

Features of the Web Hosting Packages
When it comes to storage, ALL-INKL.COM uses SSD storage from the Premium plan onwards, ensuring fast loading times and short access times. Depending on the selected plan, between 50 GB and 500 GB of storage space is available, which can be shared across web space, emails, and databases.
For database-driven applications such as WordPress, ALL-INKL.COM provides between 5 and 100 MySQL or MariaDB databases depending on the plan. Management is handled conveniently via the pre-installed phpMyAdmin tool, allowing easy administration of database content.
An important performance factor is the number of customers per server, as users share the available system resources. At ALL-INKL.COM, this ranges from 100 to 30 customers per server depending on the plan, with higher-tier packages running fewer accounts per server and therefore generally offering more available resources.
Depending on the plan, several domains are already included. While the entry-level package includes three domains, the larger packages increase this number to five, ten, or up to twenty included domains. This makes it possible to run multiple projects or use additional domains for redirects and email addresses without extra cost. It is also possible to use external domains with ALL-INKL.COM.
The email features are also well equipped. Depending on the plan, several hundred to several thousand POP3 and IMAP mailboxes can be created and managed conveniently via the web interface. Features also include catch-all mailboxes, flexible forwarding options, autoresponders with customisable text, and individually configurable spam and virus filters.
All plans include a range of additional features for operating and managing websites. These include Server Side Includes (SSI) and a software installer that allows common applications such as blogs or forums to be installed with just a few clicks.
In addition, extra FTP users can be created, including access restricted to individual subdirectories. Website traffic can be monitored through daily updated statistics via Webalizer. Daily log files can also be generated and retrieved via FTP, allowing detailed analysis of server access.
Some advanced features vary depending on the pricing tier. DNS settings, for example, are only available from the second plan onwards. Dynamic DNS (DDNS) is also plan-dependent and is offered with an increasing number of entries in the larger packages. Higher-tier plans also include features such as WebDisk (online storage for easy integration of web space into the local operating system) as well as SSH access. Wildcard subdomains are only available in the largest plan.
What Security Features Are Included?
In terms of security and data protection, ALL-INKL.COM web hosting plans are solidly equipped. Both firewall protection and DDoS protection are active at server level, helping to protect the infrastructure against unwanted access and attacks. Customers do not have direct access to the security configuration, as this is managed centrally by the provider.
Email retrieval can be encrypted via POP3s and IMAPs using TLS, ensuring secure communication between the mail server and end device.
For website encryption, Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates with automatic renewal are available. In the larger plans, these are already included, while in the entry-level plan they must be added separately (€0.95 per month for all domains). In addition, validated SSL certificates for extended domain validation can also be ordered as a paid option.
To protect stored data, ALL-INKL.COM also performs regular automatic backups. FTP data is backed up approximately every 14 days, while databases are backed up more frequently and at multiple intervals to ensure recovery options even for dynamic websites. Access to these backups is provided through the customer administration system (KAS). Nevertheless, the provider recommends creating additional independent backups as well.
GDPR Compliance and Data Protection
ALL-INKL.COM meets all key requirements for hosting within Europe. The hosting infrastructure is operated in data centres located in Germany, meaning all data processing takes place within the EU. In addition, the provider offers the option to conclude a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, which is required for GDPR-compliant use of web hosting services.

In the first step, a domain must be selected. Customers can either register a new domain or transfer an existing domain to ALL-INKL.COM.
The next step involves entering the personal details required for registration of the hosting package. This includes information such as name, address, email address, and the desired login credentials for the customer account.
As a payment method, ALL-INKL.COM primarily offers SEPA direct debit (SEPA Core Direct Debit Mandate). Other payment methods are generally not provided as standard. However, exceptions may be arranged on request for companies, associations, or public institutions, in which case customer support must be contacted directly.
To activate the selected hosting plan, a one-time activation code is required. This can, for example, be sent via SMS to the provided mobile number. The code is sent immediately after placing the order and is then used to activate the hosting account.

After placing an order, ALL-INKL.COM provides two separate management areas, each responsible for different tasks: the MembersArea and the Customer Administration System (KAS).
