Web Host of the Year 2024: Here are the winners!

The Web Hosting Provider of the Year 2024 has crowned its winners – and with a new record! The vote took place for the tenth time on hosttest, with an impressive 17,000 participants casting their votes this year. This marks an increase of around 30 percent compared to the previous year! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and supported their favourite. Once again, it has been demonstrated the significance of reliable service and strong performance in the hosting industry!

This year, lima-city secures the first place in the Web Hosting category once again. This marks the fifth consecutive title defence for the web hosting provider! Similarly to last year, netcup retains the second place. Goneo, on the other hand, makes its debut on the podium this year, securing the third place.

In the Domains category, do.de takes the top spot this year, securing the first place, while netcup climbs to the second place. Checkdomain manages to defend its third place from last year.

Netcup succeeds in the VPS Hosting category to reclaim the first place this year. Closely followed by ST-Hosting in second place and IP-Projects in third place.

In the Dedicated Server category, Vautron surprisingly dethrones the three-time previous winner IP-Projects from the top spot, who settles for second place this time. Welcoming webgo in third place.

There are few changes in the Managed-Server category, where the previous year's winner VCServer Network successfully defends its title. The same goes for Estugo in the Shop Hosting category and webgo in the CMS Hosting category. And in the Colocation category, the first place once again goes to the previous year's winner VPS hosting.site.

There is a new winner in the Cloud Server category, where dogado displaces the previous year's winner Bero Host to third place after alfahosting.

In the newly introduced categories last year, Managed WP Hosting, WPspace maintains the top position this year as well. The first place in the Exchange & Email Hosting category this year goes to goneo.

We are particularly pleased to introduce the new Web Hosting Austria category this year. The first place is secured by easyname, followed by world4you in second place. The third place is taken by murauerIT - a strong trio that impressively represents the diversity and quality of the Austrian web hosting market.

In all categories, the competition was intense. Therefore, special recognition is also deserved by all the second and third-placed web hosts of the year. Warm congratulations to WebhostOne, akasolutions, and Lansol.
